Casas da Boa-Vista is the brand of the local accommodation establishments run by Maria Arlete Ribeiro Andrade, taxpayer no. 168770415, with the lodgings Casa de Sume (Monte da Pedra, Crato) and Casa do Largo and Casa do Castelo (Amieira do Tejo, Nisa).

Bookings are made on this website, by phone or by email. The booking request stays pending and does not secure the dates: a booking is only effective once we have confirmed it, after the payment has cleared.

If there is more than one request for the same dates, the first to be confirmed prevails. Confirmation is sent by email, with the booking code. Requests not confirmed within the stated period expire automatically.

Prices are shown in euros and cover the whole stay for the number of guests indicated. The booking is paid in full at the time it is made, by bank transfer, and the transfer must be completed within the following 24 hours.

Children up to and including 12 years old do not pay and do not count towards the price of the stay, although they do take up space in the house. From 13 years old, each guest counts like any other.

The guest may cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date, with a full refund of the amount paid. Between 7 days and 48 hours before check-in, 50% of the amount paid is refunded. Less than 48 hours before check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested through the contacts given. If we cancel the booking for a reason not attributable to the guest, the amount paid is returned in full.

Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. and check-out between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., unless agreed otherwise. Key handover is arranged directly with the guest before arrival.

Smoking inside the houses is not allowed, nor are parties or events. The number of guests may not exceed the capacity stated for each house. Up to two pets are welcome on request, subject to prior confirmation; guide and assistance dogs are always accepted, with no fee and no request needed. We ask that you respect the neighbours' rest, especially at night.

The guest is responsible for any damage they cause to the lodging or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

We are not liable for personal items left or forgotten in the lodging, nor for failures of external services (electricity, water, communications) beyond our control, without prejudice to the rights the law grants the guest.

The data collected in the booking and the contact form is used solely to manage the booking, the stay and contact with the guest, and to comply with legal obligations. The processing of personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to CNIACC, the National Centre for Information and Arbitration of Consumer Disputes (www.cniacc.pt). More information at www.consumidor.gov.pt.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. These conditions may be updated; the version published on the website at the date of booking applies.
